North West property developer, Arley Homes has acquired a brand new development site on Stitch-Mi Lane, in the highly sought-after residential area of Harwood, Bolton. The developer has applied for planning permission to build 17 spacious family homes.
Located just off the A56, Harwood is ideally located within a short drive of Manchester city centre and offers the perfect family location with a range of shops, good schools, friendly local pubs and a golf course all nearby.
