Arley Homes is celebrating the successful launch of its latest Show Home in Harwood. More than 100 couples and families turned out for the opening weekend at the Churchfields development near Bolton.
Interest has remained high since the Show Home was unveiled in March. Two properties are reserved and several more part-exchange valuations are currently under discussion.
The semi-rural development, off Stitch-Mi-Lane, comprises just 17 detached and semi-detached properties arranged around a private cul-de-sac. Arley Homes managing director John Cosgrave is delighted with the reception Churchfields has received.
He said: The response from visitors has been fantastic, many have commented on how the homes blend beautifully with the traditional architecture and the lovely setting of their surroundings. We take great pride in the design and finish of our homes and so it is incredibly satisfying to know that buyers have appreciated that.
The launch weekend was so busy that we had to bring in extra sales advisors and I am delighted to say that they have been kept busy ever since. Most visitors have been families from the Bolton and Bury area, although some have come from further a field, and the level of interest has been very encouraging.
Positive signs at Churchfields have been reflected right across Arleys portfolio of North West homes with strong numbers of viewings and sales. Nationally, housebuilders are welcoming news that mortgage agreements are up and last month house prices also increases slightly.
Mr Cosgrave added: The last 12 months has been a very difficult time for the housing market, with the contraction of bank lending and falling prices, so it is good to see some small steps in the right direction.
Featuring five individually designed house types, each Churchfields property offers contemporary interiors and spacious living over three floors. Ideal for family life, all homes have four bedrooms and a mixture of ground floor layouts offering the option of an open-plan kitchen/ dining room or spacious lounge/ diner.
The stunning Show Home is a detached Rivington style and has been beautifully finished by the interior design team from Rooms. The contemporary kitchen/ dining room features fully integrated appliances and French windows opening onto a landscaped garden. A top floor master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and stunning views over the Lancashire countryside.
Churchfields is close to the A56 and within easy reach of Bolton and Bury town centres. It is also perfectly situated for a commute to Manchester City Centre either by train or via the M61 motorway.
Prices start from £199,950. For more information about Churchfields contact sales advisor Mollie Tomlinson on 01204 532 558 or for other Arley Homes properties, go to www.arleyhomes.co.uk or call 01925 651155.
