Arley Homes is celebrating the successful launch of its latest Show Home in Harwood. More than 100 couples and families turned out for the opening weekend at the Churchfields development near Bolton.
Interest has remained high since the Show Home was unveiled in March. Two properties are reserved and several more part-exchange valuations are currently under discussion.

Positive signs at Churchfields have been reflected right across Arley’s portfolio of North West homes with strong numbers of viewings and sales. Nationally, housebuilders are welcoming news that mortgage agreements are up and last month house prices also increases slightly.
Mr Cosgrave added: “The last 12 months has been a very difficult time for the housing market, with the contraction of bank lending and falling prices, so it is good to see some small steps in the right direction.”
