Arley’s helping hand to secure Churchfields dream

July 2009

North West housebuilder Arley Homes is helping families to make the move to their dream home. Buyers who are struggling to sell their existing property are being offered a helping hand by Arley through its assisted sale scheme.

The Churchfields development in Harwood near Bolton has attracted huge interest from families and couples from across Bolton and Bury since the launch of the show home in March. Many visitors to the development have been keen to discuss part exchange and assisted sale options where they are unable to offload their current home due to the slowdown of the property market and the retrenchment of the banks.

Assisted sale is one of a range of packages developed by Arley Homes which can be tailored to the needs of individual buyers. Interested parties are invited to reserve one of the stunning homes at Churchfields while Arley Homes liaises with its preferred agent to promote the sale of the existing property. The developer also covers the cost of the Home Information Pack and estates agents’ fees.

Arley Homes’ managing director John Cosgrave said the aim was to help homebuyers who had become trapped by the effects of the downturn on the housing market. He said: “Buying a house is probably the single biggest purchase most of us will make in our lifetime yet there are no classes to teach people how to go about it successfully.

“Arley Homes has vast experience of building, buying and selling homes so it seems natural that we put our expertise to good use in aiding potential purchasers who want to move to one of our homes. Our assisted sale scheme has been designed to remove the hassle, and cover some of the costs, for people who just want to buy a beautiful home for their family.”

The semi-rural development, off Stitch-Mi-Lane, comprises just 17 detached and semi-detached properties arranged around a private cul-de-sac. Churchfields is close to the A56 and within easy reach of Bolton and Bury town centres. It is also perfectly situated for a commute to Manchester City Centre either by train or via the M61 motorway.

Featuring five individually designed house types, each Churchfields property offers contemporary interiors and spacious living over three floors. Ideal for family life, all homes have four bedrooms and a mixture of ground floor layouts offering the option of an open-plan kitchen/dining room or spacious lounge/diner.

The stunning Show Home is a detached Rivington style and has been beautifully finished by the interior design team from Rooms. The contemporary kitchen/dining room features fully integrated appliances and French windows opening onto a landscaped garden. A top floor master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and stunning views over the Lancashire countryside.

Prices start from £199,950. For more information about Churchfields or the assisted sale package, contact sales advisor Mollie Tomlinson on 01204 532 558 or for other Arley Homes’ properties, go to www.arleyhomes.co.uk or call 01925 651155.
