First time buyers, and those struggling to get on the property ladder in the wake of the banking crisis, are being offered the chance to secure a mortgage of up to 100 per cent on selected Arley Homes properties. Certain plots are available across three stunning Arley Homes developments which qualify for this great mortgage deal.
The leading North West housebuilder has remained in a relatively strong position throughout the credit crunch due to the decision focus on building traditional family homes, rather than investing in the now saturated apartment market. Now Arley Homes buyers have access to mortgages of up to 100 per cent on a select number of the developers new homes, subject to terms and conditions.
John Cosgrave, managing director of Arley Homes, said: We pride ourselves on building beautiful family homes in great locations and have been pleased to see continued viewings and sales across our portfolio of developments.
We focus heavily on the quality of the build and finish of each of our properties and I take great satisfaction in exceeding the expectations of our buyers. Id like everyone to live in an Arley Home but the recent contraction in bank lending has made making the move more difficult for anyone requiring high loan to value funding, not just first time buyers.
I am therefore delighted that our lending partner has chosen to put this particular mortgage offer in place on select Arley Homes properties. For many people access to funds has been a serious problem so any sensible initiative to get the market moving has to be welcomed.
And there has never been a better time to buy. The slowdown led to a reduction in the number of properties available as many vendors hold back from putting their homes on the market until prices recover. This in turn is believed to have prompted the third consecutive monthly house price increase as recorded by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in May, while interest rates also remain at a record low.
The mortgage deal covers selected plots at Churchfields, in Harwood near Bolton, St Georges Park, Mossley and Arleys latest development, Chanters Green in Atherton, which is due to be launched later this year.
Arley Homes will put potential purchasers in touch with an independent financial advisor who will be able to discuss the full range of mortgages available on the market. To find out more about moving to an Arley Home please contact the sales team on 01925 651155.
