October 2007
North West housebuilder Arley Homes is preparing to launch one of its most exclusive developments to-date in Bamford, the popular country location situated on the western fringes of Rochdale.
The development, which contains just four contemporary and elegant family homes, has been named Byron Grove in tribute to Englands most famous Romantic poet whose family purchased Rochdale (then known as Recedham Manor) from the Crown in 1638. The town passed through Lord Byrons hands in 1823.
Arley Homes has been fielding enquiries about the four individual homes since the first site boards went up last month. An official launch is expected in late October when prospective buyers will be invited to inspect site plans and drawings of the homes at Byron Grove.
All four properties have four bedrooms and a double garage. The luxury open-plan fitted kitchens (with granite worktops and upstands) include a wide range of integrated appliances and have the added convenience of adjoining utility rooms.
Master bedrooms feature luxurious en-suite facilities, with a further bathroom serving the remaining bedrooms. All bathrooms are finished with contemporary sanitary ware and a choice of tiling, complemented by stylish chrome fittings and thermostatically controlled showers. Gardens have been landscaped for easy care and maintenance and local building materials have been sourced where possible.
Sales and marketing director Alison Holton is looking forward to an official launch: I cant wait to show off these properties as our architects have designed them specifically for modern family living, creating areas with an abundance of space and excess light to get the bright, airy, modern feel that is so highly-valued by todays home-owners. The area itself is proving a strong draw situated as it is with its picturesque rural surrounds and nearby local amenities.
Bamford is situated close to the M62 and M66 with easy access to Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool. Prices at Byron Grove start from just under £500,000. For further information call 01925 651155.
