North West housebuilder Arley Homes is preparing to launch one of its most exclusive developments to-date in Bamford, the popular country location situated on the western fringes of Rochdale.
The development, which contains just four contemporary and elegant family homes, has been named Byron Grove in tribute to England’s most famous Romantic poet whose family purchased Rochdale (then known as Recedham Manor) from the Crown in 1638. The town passed through Lord Byron’s hands in 1823.
