Shared equity success
We’d been saving for ages but everything we looked at was too expensive for us as first time buyers, so we just kept saving and put our plans on hold. When we saw Chanters Green, however, we fell in love with the houses and were so pleased when Arley told us about the shared equity option. The sales advisor put us in touch with a financial adviser who helped make all the arrangements in just a few days, and within five weeks we were in our own home for the very first time. It’s a dream come true!

The house is exactly what we wanted, it’s so comfy and homely. It’s got a beautiful kitchen and lovely bathrooms, a garden and off-street parking. We’re in a great location for commuting to work in Manchester, the motorway and train station are just minutes away, we're not far from our families and friends in Bolton, so it's really ideal.

Service that stands out
I was a bit suspicious when buying my first new home as I thought the developer may not offer a fair deal but I part exchanged my old house and I felt that Arley gave me a fair deal given the current climate and it all went through very smoothly. I never ever felt like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes with anything.

Good deal in uncertain times

Spacious and warm
We hadn’t bought a new house before and had seen some on other developments where you couldn’t swing a cat but I’m very happy with our new Arley home; we’ve settled in and the space works well for us.

Deceptively spacious and yet cozy

Good enough for mum
We first looked at older houses and then we visited Arley. As first time buyers, we were worried if it was going to be right for us. But from the start everything went smoothly. This is our first new house and it is excellent. It could have not have gone any better for us. They even took us on site to see our new home being built which was a real bonus.

Having had our home on the market for a little over two years we just wanted to get moving so we were very pleased at Arley Homes’ willingness to part exchange, even in the current market conditions, and found the part exchange to be a very simple process.

Better than our last experience
We hadn’t heard of Arley Homes until we drove past their development but since buying our new home we have been more impressed with Arley Homes than we were with the larger chain that we bought our last house with. No hassle part-exchange
