In-house has been measuring customer satisfaction for over 10 years. The company continuously measures Customer Satisfaction for 30 house builders large and small including 7 out of the top 10 in terms of volume. Indeed if you buy a new home in the UK you have a 35% chance of being interviewed by the In-house team. A key feature of the research undertaken is that it allows home buyers to talk deeply about their experiences as well as give their scores. Whilst scores are good for trends it is the voice of the customer that drives improvement. The proof of this is in the impressive results achieved; in the past 10 years many In-house clients have experienced a 30% increase in the number of customers who would recommend them. And we've seen a 34% reduction in snags reported by customers after legal completion.
